Easter Seals Literacy Celebration

Each year Muscogee Rotarians team up with first responders in our community in order to have an event at Easter Seals of West Georgia. At this even the clients of Easter Seals meet first responders to be familiarized with them and their work. These interactions increase the likelihood that they will understand first responders are there to help should they need emergency assistance. We also have guest characters from local businesses such as the Chik-Fil-A cow and others. Muscogee Rotarians and other guest volunteers interact with the Easter Seals clients and spend time in their classrooms reading to them in order to promote literacy and communication development.
