Human Trafficking Training

The Muscogee-Columbus Rotary, alongside the Rotary Club of Columbus and North Columbus Rotary Club, partnered with the Georgia AC Office and GBI to host a three-day Human Trafficking Training by HTTC  January 28-30, 2025. Recognizing Georgia's critical need to address child sexual exploitation, we provided essential support. On January 29th, Muscogee- Columbus Rotary served breakfast, lunch, and snacks to 150 dedicated law enforcement officers, prosecutors,  activists, and medical professionals. Our volunteers also assisted with registration, provided logistical support, and facilitated setup and takedown. The training equipped attendees with over 20 hours of specialized education, empowering them to effectively combat human trafficking. The meals featured fruit salad, ham croissants, barbecue sandwiches, and an array of snacks, ensuring participants were well-nourished throughout this intensive training."
